The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is pleased to offer five scholarships for Albanian students wishing to study in Ukraine for the academic year 2025/2026.

Degree Levels:

- Full-time Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree programs (4 scholarships).

- Full-time PhD degree programs (1 scholarship).

Eligible Fields of Study:

- Humanities

- Social Sciences

- Technical Sciences.

The scholarship covers the following items:

- tuition fees for students of Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD degree;

- tuition fees for students of one-year preparatory course for purpose studying the training language;

- accommodation at the university dormitory with payment the same as for citizens of Ukraine;

- monthly allowance according to the legislation of Ukraine (for the students of Bachelors/Master’s/PhD degree programs);

- health services according to the legislation of Ukraine.

Eligibility requirements:

- Albanian citizenship.

- Possession of the appropriate education level (general secondary education, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree).

Required documents:

• Scholarship application form (Annex).
• A copy of the passport (pages with personal details).
• A copy of the educational certificate or diploma, indicating the subjects studied and corresponding grades.
• An academic transcript from the educational institution (if the applicant does not have the educational certificate or diploma at the time of applying for the scholarship).
• A research proposal (500-1000 words) on the intended research topic (for PhD program applicants).

Please note that the documents listed in items 2-4 must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine kindly request to forward the applicants' documents through the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Albania by March 31, 2025.

Upon receiving an affirmative decision from the Ukrainian authorities, applicants should arrive at their designated Ukrainian universities by no later than September 10, 2025, for Bachelor s/Master’s/PhD degree students, and by October 31, 2025, for students attending the one-year preparatory course.
