Degree level:

• Full-time Bachelor's and/or Master's degree programs. 

Eligible Fields of study: 

• humanities; 
• social sciences; 
• technic sciences. 

The scholarship covers the following items: 

•    tuition fees for students of Bachelor's/Master's degree programs; 

•    tuition fees for students of one-year preparatory course for purpose studying the training language; accommodation at the university dormitory with payment established for Ukrainian citizens; 

•    monthly allowance for students of Bachelor's/Master's degree programs according to the legislation of Ukraine; 

•    health services according to the legislation of Ukraine. 

Eligibility requirements: 

•Albanian citizenship; 

•Hold the document of a relevant secondary (complete) general education/ bachelor's degree. 

List of the required documents: 

1. An application form for scholarship (application form.pdf); 

2. A motivation letter (up to 300 words); 

3. A copy of the passport (page with personal information); 

4. A copy of the educational certificate with grades for all subjects; 

5. A transcript of an academic record from the educational institution of the applicant (when there is no educational certificate/diploma); 

The documents, mentioned in items 4, 5, have to be translated into Ukrainian.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Albania should direct applicants' documents to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine by the 01st of March 2021. 

In case of obtaining an affirmative decision from the Ukrainian Party, the applicants should arrive to the universities not later than the 30th of October 2021 and submit the following documents: 

1) an application form (provided by the host institution); 

2) the document of a completed educational degree based on which the entry will be performed (when available/hecessary - the transcript of records); 

3) in case of application for the Master degree, additionally submit the original and the copy of the document, which shall contain the information about the educational program previously obtained by the applicant, educational degree, achieved credits, terms of study and academic performance; 

4) valid passport; 

5) valid health insurance (bought upon the arrival to Ukraine); 

6) 4 photos (30x40 mm); 

7) the institutions of higher education can require other documents to process of the recognition - the original and its copy.

Requirements for documents: 

•the documents, mentioned in items 2-3, have to be translated into Ukrainian and notarized; 

•the recognition of the education documents shall be done during the 1 term of study. 

Also please note:

•    the language of study is Ukrainian. Prior to commencing their degree programs, students shall take part in one-year preparatory course for obtaining the appropriate level of Ukrainian (monthly allowance is not provided during this period); 

•    the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine does not cover the annual medical insurance, the visa and travel costs.
